What can you expect from using Flow?
After 6 weeks of treatment, Flow users report improvements in mood, concentration, optimism and initiative, while experiencing less anxiety and suicidal thoughts.
How does Flow work?
When a brain area in the front of the brain called the DLPFC is unbalanced, it can lead to lower mood and other problems, such as appetite changes and sleep disturbance. The technique used in the Flow headset, transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), increases brain activity in the DLPFC and improves your mood.
The Flow app will help you understand, treat and prevent mental illness
The Flow app is solely based on psychological research and neuroscience. The app uses a method called behaviour therapy to help you engage in activities that significantly increase your mood. It will also help you manage negative thoughts and feelings. Your virtual therapist guides you through more than 50 therapy sessions and gives you step-by-step instructions on how to improve sleep, diet, exercise and meditation.
